We partner with local certified hair stylists to provide free haircut and beard trim services for local non-profit organizations serving marginalized communities.

Could your organization benefit from a temporary or permanent grooming station? We help design the space, provide equipment and product, and provide organization so that hair stylists have a place to offer their volunteer services.

We partner with local certified hair stylists, estheticians and makeup artists to provide Personal Hygiene, Grooming and Career Ready Hair/Makeup Education to those who may benefit. 

Does your organization work with those who could benefit from free children's haircut services? We can partner with you to host children's hair cutting events!

We believe that advanced hair education should be accessible to all hair stylists! We partner with seasoned Hair Educators to provide free advanced hair education virtually and in-person! 

We host monthly in-person Hair Stylist community circles in Portland, OR. During these forums we discuss structural, social and interpersonal issues within the hair industry and community and develop ways to collectively move through them.

We partner with fellow local non-profits and charities to engage Hair Stylists and other beauty professionals in Compassionate Action. Together we mobilize our volunteer team to provide support for other change makers in our communities!

Stress, anxiety, physical exhaustion, strained relationships, trauma...these are just a few of the byproducts of the demands of working within the Hair Industry. We host virtual and in-person wellness workshops that focus on mental and physical wellbeing and stress-intervention and prevention within the salon.
