Belly Brigade is a project created by the non-profit organization Cascadia Cares, which seeks to feed those in need in Cowlitz County, Washington state. Belly Brigade hosts weekly events out of a church on Sundays where volunteers come together to provide food and friendship to the community, from young to old.

THE EMPOWER HAIR GROUP X BELLY BRIGADE

In partnership with Cascadia Cares, The EHG is supporting Belly Brigade's initiatives by providing haircuts for attendees of their Sunday meal event! Our first event wasl held in July 2023, where EHG volunteer hairstylists and helping hands came together to provide a full day of haircuts and fun for The the Belly Brigade Community!

After our successful kick-off event, we have scheduled monthly haircutting events with Belly Brigade at Laurie Hall!
